Let’s Nut This Out Yrs 9/10

This course has been designed to provide students with essential information on the nutritional benefits of nuts. Students will learn about the types of nuts to consume, their nutritional properties, and how to effectively incorporate them into their diets. Additionally, students will develop an ability to identify the health benefits associated with eating nuts. It will provide students with the opportunity to investigate a nutrition challenge and use design and technology to produce an innovative solution, using nuts as a main component.
