From Paddock to Plate Schools Program is a commercial website with access to resources by annual subscription. It comprises a ten-part video series with bonus DIY videos, many comprehensive worksheets and nutritious recipes to educate students about where their food comes from and how it has been produced. The resource has been developed in line with the Australian Curriculum and discusses a wide range of topics including the environment, sustainability, food security, food miles, food safety, nutrition, innovation and economics. This Program supports Australian farmers, encourages healthy eating and inspires careers in agriculture.
